  I will warn all homeowners, about this company. Had a fire at my first home ever and fought to save my home, reported this claim to the company and was treated like I started the fire, what this is my home are you serious, they paid out and listen to this held back 2500 dollars for something and ask for every dollar spent to repair my home before releasing this money house is restored and more and then they refused to continue my coverage claimed I defaulted on payments then filed a claim with collection for 50 dollars against me hello where is my 2500 money since you refuse to cover me or my property? Spoke with a Beth today and she told me to mail in receipts and she will see if I can get my money.. What I told her you refuse me coverage you can't pocket my money where is this money going and where is it now. They even filed a claim for me that I had no know knowledge of which reflects on my homeowners insurance who got the money I don't know but it shows a claim was filed and paid. Who governs these people who think they can do whatever they feel. Today I filed a complaint with NY State to see if this business is doing things on record. I beat many in the city have been treated like this. They try to make you feel like you have no win but i have fought bigger cases.
