- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This place has the worst customer service ever. Two out of three pets I have gotten there have been awesome. Sadly, the starfish I got there died a day after I brought it home. If your going to sell saltwater fish at least have someone that has a little interest in them and is willing to offer information on the care of them. The girl there that day looked at me with this blank stare and acted weird that I was asking questions about the starfish. She was weird and in return made me uncomfortable. I don't mean to be rude but maybe they should drug test. Salt water creatures are not cheap therefore they should have someone helpful there to help you. At least nice and approachable . Word to the wise if you think people are annoying than save us both the suffering and don't work a job where you have to work customer service.October 15, 2017by kelly shaw
